When Georgia has strict requirements and regulations on the delivery of products of the Alabama Cigarette Movers, it is not only negatively affecting the profits of the tobacco company, but also restricting the citizens of America’s privilege to make the choice to consume whatever they want. Therefore, Georgia’s harsh requirements, undermine the 14th amendment.

When Georgia enforces strict requirements and regulations on the delivery of products from the Alabama Cigarette Movers, it is not only negatively affecting the profits of the tabacco company, but also restricting the citizens of America’s privilege to be able to make the choice to consume whatever they choose. The 14th amendment of our constitution clearly states, “No state shall make or enforce any law that shall abridge the privileges or immunitites of citizens of the United States.” This just goes to say that Geogia’s requirements are clearly unconstitutionl and that they underminie the 14th amendment, which is simply not acceptable.
