The 14th amendment of our constitution clearly states, “No state shall make or enforce any law that shall abridge the privileges or immunitites of citizens of the United States.” This just goes to say that Geogia’s requirements are clearly unconstitutionl and that they underminie the 14th amendment, which is simply not acceptable.
